TRAI Has Declared The Fastest 4G Network In India & It’s Not Airtel! Check Out Who Tops The List

Jio doesn’t believe in words, but believes in RESULTS. On one hand, we have Airtel, who’s in trouble for posting a misleading ad which claims it is “Officially India’s fastest network”, and on the other hand, we have Jio which has actually proved to be so.

TRAI i.e. the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India conducted speed tests in the month of March and declared Jio as the fastest 4G network (In terms of download speed) in India. Even in the month of February, Jio was the fastest network; it seems this trend will continue. TRAI recently published the data on their portal.

Download speeds!

Jio has the highest download speed i.e. 15 Mbps. On the 2nd position is Idea with 8.1 Mbps. The 3rd position is occupied by Airtel with 7.8 Mbps, followed by Vodafone with 5.8 Mbps. Then, we have Reliance Communications, which features a download speed of 3.4 Mbps. In the month of February, the download speed of Jio was 17.42 Mbps, which means it has slightly gone down. Upload speeds!

Although Jio leads the list in terms of download speeds, it is little behind in terms of upload speeds. Yes, it occupies the 3rd position here, with an upload speed of 3.3 Mbps. Idea tops the list with an upload speed of 4.3 Mbps. Vodafone gets the 2nd rank with an upload speed of 3.4 Mbps. Airtel is at 4th position with a speed of 3.2 Mbps. Jio has seen a considerable boost in the upload speed as compared to February; yes, it was 2.208 Mbps in February, but it rose to 3.3 Mbps in March. Other providers saw a declining trend.

Jio rocks; it will never let other operators surpass it easily; the download speed of Jio is the best. If you want to download a movie, you can do it easily in just 5 minutes, isn’t it great?
